Who will I be buying the bed from?
While only Premier Inn have the exclusive right to promote the Premier Inn bed and its unique comfort specification, the Premier Inn bed will be purchased from and supplied by Silentnight. Please ensure that you’ve read and understood our terms and conditions before placing your order.
What is the role of Silentnight?
Silentnight processes all online orders and supplies the Premier Inn bed to guests. Silentnight makes each bed to order, then arranges delivery and installation to your home via a third-party delivery service, Panther Logistics.
I already have a headboard; can this be fitted to the divan base?
In most cases, yes! The Premier Inn divan base comes with headboard fixings, and the positions of the holes are marked with stickers.
Are there any more choices of bed sizes or divan upholstery fabric?
The Premier Inn divan & mattresses are available in Single: 3' x 6'3" (90cm x 190cm) Double: 4'6" x 6'3" (135cm x 190cm) King: 5' x 6'6" (150cm x 200cm) Super king: 6' x 6'6" (180cm x 200cm)
Can I purchase a new Premier Inn Mattress 2.0 to use on an existing divan base?
The Premier Inn mattress and divan base have been designed and manufactured to complement each other in terms of comfort and support. Ideally, we’d advise against using a Premier Inn mattress with an old divan base – an imperfect base or mismatch between two products could result in premature wear and may invalidate the guarantee that comes with the bed. The only exception is when a Premier Inn mattress is being purchased for an existing slatted bed frame.
