How long will it take to make and deliver the bed?
All our beds and mattresses are made to order and we aim to deliver in 10 working days of receiving your order.
Can the bed be delivered to a room of my choice?
Our courier will deliver your mattress to a room of your choice, and we’ll assemble your divan if you selected this option at checkout. Plus, all our beds come with assembly instructions.
What do I do if I need to amend an order or delivery date?

Can you help dispose of my old bed?
Our mattress courier offers a mattress removal service for £30. You’ll have to pre-book this when ordering your new mattress and prepare your old mattress for collection on the same day as delivery.
What delivery areas do you cover?
Silentnight's delivery partner - Panther, deliver to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands). They do not deliver to mainland Ireland.

Who delivers my mattress or bed?
Your new mattress and bed will be delivered on your agreed delivery date by Silentnight's delivery partner - Panther.
Will my mattress or bed fit into my room of choice?
How do I check if my bed base will fit?
Single bases come in one piece measuring 90 cm x 190 cm x 38 cm, while a double, king, and super king base comes in two pieces, each half of the length of the full bed. Please check your bed size, and measure your doorways, halls, and stairs to ensure each bed section will fit. Pay attention to corners and low hanging ceilings or fittings.
How do I check if my mattress will fit?
First, check the dimensions of your desired mattress. Super king is the largest size, measuring 200cm x 180cm x 28.5cm.
Next, measure your doorway - the most common doorway size in the UK is 1981 cm tall which is enough to fit a super king mattress on its side, however some doorways are smaller and may not allow for the largest mattress sizes.
Last, check the space beyond your door and the path to where you would like the mattress delivered. Look for low ceilings, tight turns, and fittings that may get in the way.
Remember - your mattress can’t be folded or bent.
What if my bed or mattress is too big?
Your delivery driver will make every effort to safely deliver your bed and mattress into your home. To protect your mattress it must not be folded or bent, and if it is not possible to bring your purchase inside without risking damage it will be returned to us.
