How do I return a Premier Inn Mattress 2.0? We accept returns if: you've received the wrong product and contacted us within 14 days, or you've received a faulty product and contacted us within 14 days. To return your product, you’ll need to call our customer service team on 0333 010 3103 and let us know you want to return your mattress. You'll then be contacted by Panther Logistics, our couriers, to arrange a pick-up, booking in a two-hour time slot the night before collection. When we've received the mattress, we'll process your refund.
