Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to start your return. Once we’ve received your mattress, we’ll refund you in full.

You can return a bed within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the care guidelines in our guarantee booklet have been followed. To place a return, please get in touch with our customer service team.
